Weight gain

I'm getting a little concerned about my weight now - since I've gotten the elliptical in (about 3 weeks ago), I've been very good about waking up early in the morning and working out for 30 minutes a day within the fat burning heart rate range (60% - 70% of your max heart rate) - I think I've only not done it the weekend I went down south. However, I seem to be gaining weight, and no, it's not muscle mass. I've now gotten to be the biggest I've ever been, and my clothes are too tight and uncomfortable. I still refuse to buy anything that fits, though, because it always seems like I end up just growing into that size. My eating habits haven't changed, and I'll need to start toning it down, although I haven't been eating that much. It might be due to stress (we just pushed up a major project release), but that's over and hopefully the stress level will go down some.
