I think the plan was to smuggle the dragon tanks into Chinese New Year parades for a surprise attack. With all the firecrackers and celebration, they might not immediately notice us shooting at them.
"Coming up, the new Harry Potter movie is encouraging more children to see movies made from books." LOL!
Oh wow, I've wanted a tank shaped like a dragon since I saw Dr. No! Can we build one? Please, huh can we?
